My complaint:
I bought tickets the 16:th of February 2021. According to Lufthansa that gives me a right to a voucher for the tickets.
Lufthansa declined my apply for a voucher because the tickets were rebooked the 15:th of October. This was a rebooking made by Lufthansa because of a canceled flight. This was NOT a rebooking made om my demand. I therefor think I am entitled a voucher
Suggested solution:
Give me a voucher for my tickets!
