Lufthansa complaint: Delay and lost my luggage

My complaint:

We were asked to be transferred to another flight after a long waiting and we were asked to fly on Kuwait airways .when I arrived to London I discovered that my luggage lost somewhere.

Suggested solution:

Get my luggage as soon as possible
