My complaint:
I have been shopping at Lucky for many years. Not ONCE has the website functioned as it should. When I was able to create a shopping list on my computer, it would not show up on my phone; they said I had to create two lists. Now, I cannot create a list at all.
There have been numerous updates to the website over the years, but every time this happens, the functionality is worse.
Can you PLEASE hire someone who knows how to make this site work?
