My complaint:
Went into the store on 8/15/23 at 5:30pm to the deli department and was told they could not cut meat because the meat cutter was already cleaned and that they were closing that department early so the only meat I could buy was the meat already cut. I asked to speak to the manager and a older white gentleman came and said they were closing early because they were short staffed. I explained this was a diservice to the community and I don’t believe this would happen at Lucky’s if it was in a more affluent community not this one in the flat lands with all the minorities.
Suggested solution:
Figure out a way to keep the deli counter open at least to a reasonable time for people getting off work.
