My complaint:

I have been with 2 stores in the past 4 years.All was well.Then something changed .Are name bages we’re taking and returned like a 3 year old with a crayon did are name I think.I was stripped of any titles or years of service on my tag.With in a few weeks new hires were put on floor or in departments .I think the new hires had never used a computer or even a cell phone in some cases. They have been put in departments that are very busy with no training. Employees are scheduled 1 to a department for hours with no relief. All while trying to train others to keep up.Why are the management that hire people that can’t do the jobs they are hired for not held accountable.?The customers are leaving are store because the people hired are not helpfull or know anything about what they are sailing.

Suggested solution:

I think we need to give a 2nd application test after hired. I believe people's frinds or family are taking the applications info for them.With goggles help and other ways to cheat is making lowes customers very upset.
