My complaint:
on September 30, 2021 @11:13 I purchased a craftman lawn mower R110 30 inch rider. I took Saturday 922021 because that was the date they
gave me as a delivery date. Here it is 4:30 pm no delivery no call to let
me know the delivery date had been changed. So very unproffesional.
I should have gotten a call. What your computers say and what I was told
are two different arguments. Now I have to take another day off from work
to be home for this delivery I am so fuming and furious.. All my kitchen appliances have been brought
from your store and if it’s because I need this lawn mower like yesterday I would cancel this order. But regretfully it will be the last time I buy anything in this store. Regretfully Maritza Rodriguez

I feel I should be compensated for this unnecessary situation and my
precious time wasted.
