My complaint:
We had a wood floor installed improperly. The floor has since exploded from all the pressure. It has also cracked, split and cupped everywhere. It has been like this for almost 18 months now. It is a hazard to even walk across some sections. To date, Lowes has not fixed it. We have had 70 plus subsequent communications to get this corrected but so far no luck.
Suggested solution:
The floor should be re-installed following the installation instructions.
