Lowes complaint: no discount given on Veterans Day

My complaint:

I am a military veteran and went to the store for a few items. When I went to the check out and showed my veteran’s ID card for my discount I was told I wasn’t in the system. This has already happened to me at least four times this year. The cashier said he couldn’t help me because there was no manager available. I ended up paying full price for items each time I’ve gone there. I come home and go back to the site and fill it out again and again only to be told I’m not in the system.
This recent incident happened on Veteran’s Day and was a slap in the face!
Either upgrade the system or just have the veteran show their ID card for the discount and stop the nonsense of needing to be in the computer.

Suggested solution:

Upgrade the computer system or stop the nonsense of needing to be in the computer. Showing a military ID card should be proof enough of serving our country.

And, I don't have whatever code you want because the receipt was ripped off at the bottom when handed to me by cashier.
