My complaint:
I received a delivery of a new refrigerator. The two guys carried the refrigerator into the house and down to our basement which has a brand new engineered flooring. The delivery guys failed to put the front leveling pads on the protruding bolts on the bottom of the refrigerator. They drug the refrigerator across our oak floors in our entry and also across our brand new engineered flooring in our basement. Both floors were deeply scratched and gouged.
Suggested solution:
Review our damage and compensate accordingly. also come and get the refrigerator.
