My complaint:
An electric range was purchased and delivered last Saturday. The driver failed to install an anti-tip bracket or level the range. He removed the existing anti-tip bracket. We have called the so-called Lowes Customer Care department four times and they have not responded nor resolved this issue. Terrible, terrible service. If and when the range tips over and injures someone and I sue Lowes perhaps then I will finally get some attention!! Howard Fine Mint Hill, NC 28227

Finish the job. Complete the installation by installing the anti-tip bracket and leveling the range.
