My complaint:
Ordered BBQ CHARGRILLED GRILL GRAVITY 980 ONLINE BUT IT WAS DAMAGED WHEN IT WAS RECEIVED ON 0329.
THE PIECE WAS A USED ONE AND ALSO DAMAGED, ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS WERE MISSING AND ALSO GRILL COVER WAS ALSO DAMAGED.
CALLED MILLION TIMES AT A STORE BUT NO ONE CARED TO ANSWER, FINALLY GOT IN TOUCH WITH MANAGER AND ASM, THEY SAID THEY WILL SWAP IT BUT THEN THEY ARE SAYING SAME MODEL IS NOT AVAILABLE TILL NEXT WEEK.
THIS IS RIDICULOUS, IF COMPANY LIKE LOWES PROVIDE THIS KIND OF SERVICE, WHAT DO YOU EXPECT FROM OTHER COMPANIES? IF I HAVE PAID IN FULL, I EXPECT TO GET A GRILL WHICH IS NEW AND WITHOUT ANY FAULT.

They are offering 20% discount or telling me to wait for 1 week which is not acceptable.
I have to call an electrician to come and fix it and hr will also charge money.
I want full compensation for wasting my time and money.
