My complaint:
When we buy from them and set up delivery time and dates there is many times they have an excuse why they can’t meet the schedule such as their truck is broke down or they can’t find the items etc. so we have to change our plans all over again to accommodate them. Very frustrating when you pay for that dates delivery.
Suggested solution:
Rent or get a different truck to meet the scheduled delivery time.
This problem has happened more than once.
