My complaint:
I purchased a refrigerator, did not deliver it when it was suppose to be delivered, upon arrival the delivery guy began to make excuses why he couldn’t take the old ref out of the house , then he would wouldn’t un hook the ice maker , wanted to load my old ref in my truck and move it thirty yards to the garage, they were was not willing to do anything to us get the new refrigerator in place , we are 80 years old and can’t do physical labor , my experience with this delivery was from hell itself! Suggested solution:
Do the right thing deliver the ref , hook up the ice maker ,transfer the old one to the garage,and act like normal human beings !
