My complaint:
I called several times 21621 to ask questions on Trex decking. Tried several Department, trying to get SOMEONE to answer the phone.
Customer Service didn’t even answer.
So in the era of Covid 19, I try to do my research on the phone. This is NOT the first incident with this Lowes store. The employees must be afraid to answer and possibly have to communicate with a customer.
Suggested solution:
When I was learning the Hardware business, the main idea that was drilled, was Customer Service. That has all disapeared!!!
