My complaint:

Went to Lowe’s at South Windsor to pick up a microwave. The lady did not want to give me the microwave because in order for me to pick up my microwave I have to call the store and order for me to receive it but I was at the store at that time when I asked. So she asked for my drivers license I will put it on the Front desk according to her she said that I push my drivers license towards her she grab my drivers license and she threw it at me not literally but she threw it across front desk. I told her that was very unprofessional I need to see your supervisor. Supervisor comes out and tells me that she would talk to her so I told him what are you gonna tell her not to do it again? I’ve been going to the laws for many years and I do not appreciate how I was treated. Something has to be done to this employee. The lady works at Lowe’s in Windsor Ontario at South Windsor. I did many calls and the policy is you don’t have to call to pick up your item you show up That’s why she had an issue with me I’m barely according to her I have to call and order to receive my item that was already paid.
