My complaint:
Two guys who reeked of pot wheeled the fridge into the garage and said they could not get it through the door. We offered another entry route that would have required bringing it up 9 steps. They said they would need a four man team, and we would be contacted within 48 hours. Two weeks later and calling multiple times a day, we are no closer to getting the fridge in the house. We finally got on the “schedule” for a four man team to come out between 12:00-4:00. We waited all day, and they never showed up. They didn’t even call and let us know they weren’t coming. We are now waiting on another call back, which I’m sure will never come. Lowe’s is the worst!!
Suggested solution:
Send the team out and put my fridge in my kitchen!!!!
