My complaint:

I have spent hours on the phone with Lowes Customer Care and my bank yesterday and today due to 2 holds of $643.42 on my bank account for 1 order! Lowe’s said the release of the first hold was requested 1025 at 11:56 pm and a second hold was requested at the same date and time. The problem is the first hold is not scheduled to release until Saturday the 29th in the morning. My bank requested Lowe’s fax a signed request so the bank can release it right away and Lowe’s will not do it!! Unbelievable!! This is of course is effecting my account balance and I will incur overdrafts if this is not resolved today. I can’t reach anyone at Lowe’s Corporate which has proved to be beyond frustrating! What do I do?!!!
