My complaint:
I purchased Laminate flooring on 121120. With the install , it was for over 1400sqf of flooring. Trans 66702640 , I have filed for the rebate and turned down as I have called in several times and told , has to be installed first I called after the install then was told not enough flooring purched, then told it would be sent to someone else to look at it, then they wanted a copy of the receipt, I mailed it in then was told it was post marked to late.
Suggested solution:
They should have sent me my $200.00 Gift card as offered
