My complaint:
Was suckered into buying a Samsung fridge under the guise of receiving panels of my choice to replace the white panels it comes with on the final day of the promotion, I buy the fridge and start trying to figure out how to get the panels and the next day nobody remembers the promotion, the signs have been removed for the next sale and nobody can help me in any way, at the store everyone just shrugs their shoulders and says I don’t know, online I get several different stories but nobody can help about an in store purchase, I’ve heard Lowe’s was a pain to deal with but now I see it is true, the staff is moved around department to department and isn’t knowledgeable about anything in particular
