My complaint:
when to but lumber and supplies, first no one in lumber to help me, had to get hardware person to help me load, then picked up a tarp which price on shelf matched on tarp was a $10 difference more she wanted to charge me. people waited in line behind me while she could find a solution, said she couldn’t do anything about price. then again had to find someone to help e. Lowe’s is getting as bad as HD with their customer service.
Suggested solution:
have more help or have people in their departments to help. shouldn't have people wait in line over 12 hr for someone to disscuss a price issue.
