My complaint:
Tried to get military discount for an order over 1000 dollars online but there was an error and when I tried to register again it requested I provide 3 pieces of identification. I do not think this should of happen because I am already registered at a store and my license is stamped with veteran status. Tried to resolve with your online help and they were not very helpful in anyway. Tried to call the help 800-445-6937 and I am still on hold now going over 4 hours. That is crazy and so disrespectful to a customer. How in the world do you think 4 hour wait on hold is appropriate. HIRE MORE PEOPLE!! My online order is 868012878 and I’m being cheated out of my discount because of your lack of coordination within your own company. Not to mention the time lost waiting over 4 hours for help. Not happy and if this is not resolved I will never shop at lowes again.
