My complaint:
one window will not open, and one has a part that falls out when you open it you must push the part
back up inside and hold it in place to close it the picture window was not what I ordered.
I ordered 25 50 25 and they installed.0ne all three panels the same size.
The district manager and store manager said they would address the matter, so far nothing has been done they called and told me the wrong window will not be replaced I got what i got so live
with it. The project manager who ordered the windows will not talk to me or correspond with me.
I am probably wasting my time telling you this but I had to get it off my chest.
Suggested solution:
put in the window I ordered and fix the broken ones.
