My complaint:

My complaint is that on May 28, 2022. I arrived at Lowe’s store 2478 to pick up product that I had purchased a few days prior. When I arrived to pick up my product, I was informed that there was no one available to operate the forklift to go to the back of the store to retrieve from the bull pen to bring forward and load on my trailer. When asked, when there maybe someone available the answer was stated don’t know when or even if anyone would in or even working to load. So left and returned the next day. May 29, 2022. On this day attempted to pick up my supplies just like on the 28th with the same results. No body showed up to work that is capable of doing this task. Well, that was the answer was given. On top of that the person who was working the cash register that day had only been working for Lowe’s 2 days and stated that they didn’t know how to read the receipt or understand it. It didn’t make sense that someone that didn’t know what they were doing would be doing a task without any assistance. So now I’m two days behind with the project trying to accomplish and little frustrated decided to leave and try again the following day because it would be Monday and someone that would actually know what is going on should be working. Now it’s May 30, 2022, arrive at Lowe’s Store 2478 to pick up my supplies and was told it would be around noon before I could get anything because they were behind on orders and limited people trained to operated the forklifts. I had to explain that I would be willing to get the small stuff loaded onto a cart but I really needed was for someone to get me 2 bundles of pickets from the back because I’m not able to get them myself or I would. I’ve complained to them before about not having anyone to help load or operate the forklifts. The answer always given is to complain to someone in higher position. It’s almost like I’m stating facts on deaf ears and nothing is being done about this issue. My issue isn’t about the employees, because it’s not their fault that the store fails to hire or even manage the work force to accomplish the task needed daily. I can’t speak for any of the other contractors who purchase their supplies from this store. I just know that it gets frustrating that can’t get what is needed because there is no one trained or qualified to operate specific equipment.

Suggested solution:

Hopefully this would be looked into an see why this has occurred. This isn't the first time for this issue. This is just the first time I've gone to this point to address my concerns in hopes that this will be addressed accordingly.
