My complaint:
My wife and I have been trying to get a resolution from Lowes since we first reported an issue with roofing installation in November of 2021. With the exception of one person in Customer Service.There are three houses on my property. I had a new roof installed by Lowes on 98 Willow Lake Drive two years ago. There was some leakage reported that winter, and they came back to fix the problem. Last year, Lowes installed a roof on our larger home, 100 Willow Lake Drive. There was leakage in two places after the first snowfreeze in November 2021, and no one has come to address the situation. No matter how many times I report it, they tell me that the problem was resolved and that they have pictures of the roof to prove it. The pictures they have are of the roof at 98 Willow Lake Drive that were taken two years ago. They have never come to examine the roof at 100 Willow Lake Drive that they claim as a chimney problem, when actually one of the two trouble areas where the leaks occurred are nowhere near a chimney. Liars at Lowes say that they came to inspect the property on June 5th. No one has ever called or been here. My wife and I are in our 70s. The property is for sale. We need to have this work done immediately.
Suggested solution:
Correct the issue on the roof and the interior damage that it caused to the two ceilings that were negatively impacted.
