My complaint:
i ordered over 1000.00 worth of blinds on April the 19th and the salesman quoted the higher priced blinds in order to get a better commission. i asked for levotor and he quoted Bali. I did not realize this until after the order was placed. I feel i was taken advantage of and then when the blinds come in i call the store and no one would answer in the dept. So i have to drive 20 miles to go into the store and be treated rudely by the employees. One in particular was James. They told me no one was scheduled in that dept and i said that was not my problem and James said it was not his problem either. You have lost a customer over the way i was treated. Then i sent an email to Lowes on the 1st of May to report this and no one has contacted me in regards to the email. I only got an automatic reply saying it may be 72 hours for a response. Well here it is May 25th and still no response.
Suggested solution:
i should be compensated for the way i was treated and the way i was quoted the higher blinds. I would like to know the difference in the prices of the two different blinds.
