My complaint:
i worked in lady lake florida for almost 9 years with the best staff and manager that was great with the stores management and i truly enjoyed my position until i transfered to matthews north carolina in january 2021 due to my wife came here to work for atruimhealth.
i worked there for almost 3 months and couldnt take the lack of support from the management in this store and lack of respect given to the employees there.So i contacted the HR dept to ask for help with the problems in this store .i was then transferred to a lady (I guess at this point higher up in HR) and after taking to her with my complaint she informed me she use to work at that very same store and that those people that complaint to me was liers.after that i never heard back from HR again to resolve the problem
so i figured i would move on to a different store but every job in north carolina and south carolina i have been told i dont quilify for the open position.
Suggested solution:
I i over quialified for all the positions in any of those Lowes stores all the way up tp ASM.
This is very unprofessional of Lowes and I am so put out by how they handle the problems in there stores.
Where is a real manager that can stand up to the ['HR people that r blocking me when i have been a excellent employee and have received many certificates for my e3xcellent service working.
