My complaint:

Hello,
I am getting restless with no results being done for over 4 months. If this isn’t taken care of by June 19th I will continue to go to social media to get someone else to look over my case. I feel like I have given you ample time for results and to take care of my issues and yet nothing has been done. I haven’t received the credits that I will list below and I still have. a ridiculous bill from lowes that I will begin to dispute my charges which are falsified charges.  Please feel free to communicate with me only if there are results to this matter at this point. Every time we speak I feel like I am in a time loop you always tell me how sorry you are and that you are working hard to get this resolved. I believe at this point I am getting brushed off and demand an answer and my credits. I believe at your level you have the access to credit my account the following charges and them some for this poor customer service experience from all ends the store level, management, and executive team, and rebate dept.
refrigerator credit promised from North Bergen Store manager – 800 price adjustment connections 245 promised from Jersey city Store Managerwarranties 550 for all the extra 3 yr warranties and keep my 5 yr plan which I called and ed are all active and currently covering all my appliances A manager from Jersey City Kieth promised me 150 credit off my CC bill and you promised me 150 on my CC bill which I still haven’t received On top of all this the 410 bucks, I am owed for the rebate that I should have received for the refrigerator purchase.  At this point the credits owed to me are totaling  800 550 245 300  410 2,305. I been dealing with this for far too long and am getting sick and tired of waiting around for the money that is owed to me. I have attached all supporting documents showing my receipts for all appliances and overcharged warranties as well as the rebate form I submitted showing all items and amounts I paid that should have been included in the 10% back rebate. I also am attaching my statement balance showing that it is not reflecting any so-called promise discounts and offers and or credits that should be applied to my order.  I believe at this point I paid my portion of the bill for the appliances that I owed and if you look at my history with LOWES I have been shopping here for ages and always pay my bill in full or on time. I feel like through all the stress aggravation I have been dealing with this balance should just be wiped away being that I already paid as much as I believe I owe to you guys after promised credits and promotional offers
I will also be calling NOAH today to discuss and get a solution
