My complaint:

I went to Lowe’s to purchase a new zero turn lawn mower. I purchased thE
Ariens Apex 52 Mower Cost was $5,144.67 7 Jul 2021. I paid for the mower then they could not find the key or the operators manual and warranty paper work. Then after waiting for the employees to find keys and paper work 35min
later could not load mower on trailer, No gas in mower and dead battery. Went to the Manager and he ( Donald ) did not know where any thing about where the paper work was or the keys. Will not buy from Lowes again.

Suggested solution:

Assign an someone to be responsible for out door equipment.
Try tagging Keys and file paper work that comes with an item.
Then when sold employees will know where the items are at.
Just to easy to do.
