My complaint:
I have a four page complaint with dates, times and names but this site won’t allow me to upload it. I signed a contract with Lowe’s for installation of a bedroom and bathroom floor in May, 2021. As of today, September 5 I am still waiting for the project to be completed. I have received no help from Lowes.
Suggested solution:
I want the floor installed completely and the damaged part leveled.
I do not want anyone from Mark's Flooring.
I want a credit on my account for the labor charged.
