My complaint:

In December 2021 I paid to have a door measured at 551 Pier Ct, Virginia Beach,VA. On January 14th a Lowe’s Representative in the Door Department advised me which door was required. I then ordered and paid for the recommended door, the delivery, and the installation, all services to be provided by Lowes. The door was initially scheduled to be installed on March 1, 2022. I was informed the installer’s truck broke down and I would be called to reschedule the installation.. I was never called, but I received an email on March 9th stating the door installation was complete and the one year warranty would begin. I went to Lowes and gave a copy of the email to a store employee. After checking into this matter, the store employee located the door in your store. Again, I was told that I would be called to schedule the installation. To date, I have yet to be contacted by phone or email.

Suggested solution:

Complete the installation as contracted and ensure that your records are corrected to reflect the actual date when the job was completed. Additionally, I expect a discount due to the poor service and inconvenience rendered by Lowes.
