My complaint:
I was sold an item online. When I brought it home, parts were missing. I called to the store the person who answered the phone placed me on hold and never came back to the phone. I have a wet dry vac that is missing parts. I can’t use it. I made a wasted trip where I had to pay someone to take me to get the items, and I still can’t use it.
Suggested solution:
Monitor the staff at 8411 S Holland, and make sure they are more professional. They should make sure all parts are included in a box when a customer makes a purchase. They also should not be allowed to place a phone customer on hold and ignore him.
