Lowes complaint: CUSTOMER RELATIONS HAVE DECLINED DRASTICALLY!!!!!

My complaint:

I had been a loyal customer of Lowe’s for many years. I have notice a decline in their customer service over the past couple years. Of course we blame it on Covid but if your an Established business such as Lowe’s, it should be minimal. On 09062021 I purchased several items instore, 3 of which I was having delivered. Day of delivery, I received 2 of the items but not the 3rd item which was an 18inch Dia Electric Gable Vent Fan. I called Lowes delivery, was put on Hold for 15 min, and told Fan was on Back order and should come in any day. No Fan, called lowes on 09242021, was transfered to Delivery, phone rang for 20 min, I hung up. Called Lowes Delivery on 10132021, ext just rang. On 11092021 called Lowes Delivery ext, spoke with John?, said that Fan was still on Back order and Lowes would call me when it came in. On 01012022, I went into store and tt someone in Customer Service. Now they can’t find me in the System. My cell phone won’t pull up my acct which was how I always pulled it up. The Lady said she would put note on the the Delivery Managers Desk to have him call me. I received No call. Called Delivery AGAIN on 01132022, talk to man explaining my vent situation again, he said he would look into it and call me back. He Never called me back. I was sick and tired of deal with the ineffective people that Lowes hired to help their Customers resolve Issues. I had my original receipt for my purchases. I went to Customer Service Center with my original receipt. I was fortunate enough to have Krystan help me Finally resolve this Issue. Finally on 02102022 I picked up my fan and delivered it myself. I am Done with Lowes

Suggested solution:

Lowes needs to better Communicate to their Customers ie: if something isnt going to be delivered when it is scheduled, lowe\'s employees say they will check on something and Call you back...Call the Customer back...(Delivery was Awful in this area)
