My complaint:

I had a custom fence installed by Lowes. The post caps that was ordered for my fence did not fit the post. Lowes offered to give me my money back for the post cap and leave my fence incomplete. I paid about 12,000.00 for them to leave my fence incomplete. My fence was custom made, why couldn’t they make the post caps the fence? Someone from the support team told me that if I find the caps they will install them….. I thought that’s why I paid them…. NEVER AGAIN!! I’m so disappointed!

Suggested solution:

They should have found the post caps for my fence. If they are installing larger post for the fence then they should have ensured they have post caps.
