My complaint:
I went to the champaign store on March 16th, purchased a toilet, paid to have it installed and picked up. I have never heard from the store about an installation date. I have called talked to several people and they said a manager would call me back. I have never heard from anyone. I have waited 2 weeks and am tired of dealing with your store. I am going to store tomorrow and get my money back and go to Menards or Home Depot. I have been a loyal customer for years and have never in my life seen such poor customer service. What is wrong with your corporation that you would allow your company to get so bad? I would hope I would at least get an apology. Mary Reiter Champaign Il
