My complaint:

I went in to follow up on an order I placed over 2 weeks. Have not been able to get help and asked for a Manger. Manger walked pass me then i asked if he was the Manger yes,what do you want? I told him my problem he said he can’t help. I asked for the district manager information he refused.

Then got nasty. We started yelling back and fourth. He then said he was calling the police. I said for what, because he was refusing to give me a refund, help me, why? He then turned around got right in my face and said get the fuck out of my store. Then he got security.

I told security what was going on and he called district and got my refund. I gave my statement to the police and left. I will never be back and will tell everyone I know never to go to this lowes. The manager was rude, got in my face close enough to almost touch noses. Extremely upset and disappointed. I’m a disabled veteran with a heart condition this was terrible.
