My complaint:

I was at the store on January 4 and spotted raspberry priced at 4.64 ( or something close to that ) when I got to the cash register .. it cost 6.99 !
The staff pointed to a price tag on the shelf that reads 6.99 .. only it was blueberries! And the raspberries had two different servings and two labels advertised prices ( all below $5) .
The clerk at the floor s as bd customer service did nit do anything just said it’s a wrong label .
Very pity reaction for such a major store… aiming to ribose quality service .
It also brings back to my memory another unpleasant situation with the chocolate . A clear label sits next to 4 empty containers for a number of days , with a nice promise that if customer gets 2 chocolate bars the third one is free . I came on a day I was told the new order will come .. and then on a day after… nothing happen . Would it be so difficult to take a misleading advertisement down and bring it back when you have what you have advertised . Lawblas is not the only store in the area and I found myself and my family ( of 6 ) steering away in a different direction more often …
Looking for a trust worth grocery’s provider . Small things do go a long way …

Suggested solution:

Advertise what you really have , provide sincere apology . Honour your promises ( as simple as cell product as advertised on your shelves ) .
Cause if we catch you laying about small things .. how could we trust you with the quality of our food ?! 🤔
