My complaint:
The kitchener, is one of the best wokers that Zehrs has had in the last thirty to forty something years. However, in the last year his attitude and behavior patterns have been getting weary, quite possibly due to ageism and health reasons.
Employees and customers including myself will have to go to the uniion to report forced retirement on this ASM in a documentation of signatures required why this person has to be relieved of his position.
If more issues occur ontop of employees/customers in the next three months or sooner, we will have to take legal action to go ahead with this.
