Loblaws complaint: 1kg bag of OO flour wasn’t 1kg

My complaint:

Bag is described as weighing 1kg, leading me to believe there is 1kg of flour in their OO flour black label bags. When I weighed out the flour for a recipe, a whole bag weighed 797g.

Suggested solution:

Store credit
