Loblaws complaint: Rapid Test Kit

My complaint:

On Feb.18 2022( 10.30am-11am) Customer service.
My friend called me Rapid Test Kit is available in Loblaws customer service department and you have to ask for it. I walked in behind a man, there was a staff yelling out there is only one customer allowed in that department.
I re-entered after the man left and asked the staff if any rapid test kit available. She was so unwillingly and threw it on the table.

Suggested solution:

Firstly the sign for one customer only should be posted bigger for viewing. Even the man was joking to me about the size of the sign while he was leaving.
Secondly that staff should not be qualified in the customer service department. NO COMMUNICATION SKILL AND RUDE. She will damage the name of your store.
Lastly, the rapid test kit should be handed out immediately. Post it publicly.
