My complaint:
FOR MORE THAN 4 MONTHS NOW I AM TRYING TO SOVE 2 CREDITS WHICH I SHOUID HAVE RECEIVED AND STILL NOTHING AFTER SEVERL TEXTS AND TODAY AGAIN ANOTHER COMPLAINTS WHERE THEY SENT A CODE WHICH I DID NOT RECEIVE SO MY COMPLAINTS DID NOT GO THROUGH. I AGIN CALLED THE ACCOUNTING DEPT. AND AS USUAL THEY LONG WAITING TIME. i am fed up.
I AM SO DARN FRUSTRATED WITH LOBLAWS IF THIS IS NOT RESOLVED BY THE 18TH WHICH IS MY BILLING DATE I WILL NO LONGER USE THIS CARD OR SHOP AT PROVIGO. I AM IN MY 80;S AND MY FRUSTRATATION IS VERY HIGH.
I WILL NOT GIVE OUT MY PHOTO.
