My complaint:

Missing points-4000 for Pizza purchase over $40.
In order for us to further assist, please provide the exact name of the offer in question and we will be happy to investigate to ensure that you receive the PC points that you are entitled.
All information forwarded to the 1st CSR.
2nd CSR is looking for a screen shot- no I do not have one, is this expected every time I make a purchase, they have all of the transaction information.

Suggested solution:

Quit passing it off to the next person. Award the points.
Information was supplied, it's their system, should not be the customers issue. Really don't need the BS, I'll gladly switch to another food chain.
