My complaint:

The issue that I have experienced was: Items received and in no way do they match the descriptions on the website. The fabric used is cheap and nasty and essentially unwearable.
I will pursue this for a full refund as I feel that they are making money under false pretences. The returns system is so complicated and expensive is amounts to daylight robbery
