My complaint:

I bought 2 smart phones which were not compatible with my mobile phone so I returned goods via registered mail on 31/8/2023 with no acknowledgement of receipt of parcel and gave email address for notification. Gave date of purchase and cost if phones.

I asked for a refund. Can they contact me so I can give them bank details for refund please. I have saved proofing this communication.
