My complaint:
I ordered a duvet cover set expecting a cream/yellow background (as in their pictures online) and received one whose background is beige/grey with smudgy dark green edges. The print quality on the duvet is also poor. It looks as if the smaller imagery from the pillowcases has been poorly blown up to create smudgy images.
On receipt of the goods, I went to LightInTheBox to arrange a return and refund. My order didn’t appear on my profile. I had the order details from my ation email, so no problem. I looked up the process to raise a query or complaint, filled in the form and sent photos as requested. The site claimed that I would get a reply within 24hs. I asked to make a return and asked for a pre-paid return label as the issue was a quality problem. I received no reply at all. I messaged again and once again received no reply.
If you can help, I would be very grateful.

I would like a refund and a pre-paid returns label, please.
