My complaint:
I was in Dubai for Ten days, I did place two orders on line and my friend where i living/given the address for delivery that changes.
Now my goods has returned to Naqeel Facility/warehouse at Dubai. I went on application, changed shipping address and put my niece e mail id but its more than two weeks no response.
Now I request you, you please deliver my goods to my new shipping address
