My complaint:
I am a type 1 diabetic and I don’t feel hypos coming on and I went into a store and started to eat a cake to get my blood sugar up rapidly but the manager and the aerial manager standing beside him said I had to pay for it before I could eat it even though my wife told him I was a diabetic and there was quite a queue at the tills and after 15mins to get through the tills the girl said to me that she thought I had 2 cakes as he had radioed her so another lie. When I went outside I got a severe hypo in the car which means I needed help from another person and I phoned my diabetic nurse who had to inform the Dvla and this morning I’ve now lost my license also and I have a heart problems and when I have a severe hypo it can kill me because of this and this was done by the same manager once before also
Suggested solution:
A personal apology by the manager to my house and £200 compensation which is not negotiable even though I spoke to Lidl already they said they don’t give compensation but I really would love to get this on national television
