My complaint:
Your system is Agest People over a certain age do not like or use mobile phones and cannot get discounts, My sister and I spenf over £50 at lidel ev ery week, so consider your system unfair. Tesco do it on their store card which automaticly deducts the offers at the till, most of my friends agree they do NOT like your offers discount system.
Suggested solution:
get a card system simuler to Tesco
