My complaint:

My name is Mayra Nunez, I went to Lidl today 11721 in the afternoon and I did the self checkout but I had some difficulty trying to scanner some items (vegetables and fruits) I called for help and when the person came she told me that I just needed to look for the items and I asked her if she could help me with the rest of the items but she gave me the answer and left, I decided to leave it because it was taking me too much time, I was bagging my items when I heard an old gentleman with the same situation and she explained to him how to do it and he said but can you help me but she refused to help and said you can do it, I felt bad for him. I didn’t say anything at that moment because I was thinking maybe they not allowed to do that. When I got home My daughter called me and l told her what happened and she said why you didn’t reported her specially because of the old man, and this is the reason why I’m doing this now. It happened at 2:30pm

Suggested solution:

Well I worked for a very prestigious hotel and what learned there is that you always put the customer first and we cannot say no without offering an alternative if you don’t have what the customer asked, but on this situation it was something that she could do and have a different attitude and not just stand there when the customer was having all that problems. I’m sure they know what to do!! Maybe she needs some more training.
