My complaint:

I went to do my weekly shop at your Lidl store in Hatch pond Road Poole. My husband and I always shop together, as I have 2 Total knee replacements and arthritis in my hands. So shopping isn’t easy for me. I checked your Lidl site and saw that you had asked for only 1 person to go into store if possible which I can understand at this time. But was lead to understand that I would be able to have someone help with my shopping.
When we entered the store today we were told only one of us could go in. I accepted this at the time and my husband went in, as he has the Lidl plus card on his phone. I didn’t want to cause a scene at the time as I realise things are difficult, so I went and sat in the car. Whilst sitting in the car I noticed several other couples walking to the store and were allowed in. So I got out of the car to watch and none of them were stopped by security. They were allowed in the store together. I hasten to add that the security staff had changed. But that’s not the point. Why was there one rule for them but not for me and my husband. I would gladly wait in the car or stay home if you are going to make Rules that apply to everyone. As I saw this happening I found myself becoming upset and angry. I hope you can clarify what your rules are and inform your security to stick to them.

Suggested solution:

If you are going to set rules then I need to hear from you that they apply to everyone.
