My complaint:
My groceries were just delivered without the receipt and without the basic staples i use the service for; toilet paper and kitchen paper–Given that toliter paper etc are basic items every shop stocks, and i will now have to go into a shop-risk Covid infection or re order and face another exorbitant deliver fee. of 30 euros-..
Unacceptable,
Suggested solution:
1. Deliver missing items or explain why Lidl has suddenly run out of litchentoilet paper.
2. Deliver receipt for all items purchased.
2. Clarify why i was charged 30 Euros for this delivery and refund excess.
